Throughout all of our IVF journey Dr Irfana has given us a top level of treatment. She strives for the best results, is thorough, and is really responsive and caring at the same time. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

After two years of trying to conceive and limited NHS support, we turned to Dr Irfana Koita — it was the best decision we made. She’s warm, knowledgeable, and truly listens. We finally felt supported and in expert hands.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! Our experience with IVF Matters has been incredibly disappointing. Despite investing a significant amount of money into treatment, we encountered poor communication right from the beginning and a lack of proper guidance, which led to unnecessary costs and distress. We were provided with excess medication that we paid for upfront, only to later realize that a substantial amount would go to waste. At no point were we given clear instructions on the correct quantity required, which could have easily prevented this avoidable expense. Additionally, I was unexpectedly required to make a trip into London to collect a single injection, incurring an extra £50 charge. This was both financially and logistically frustrating, especially given the already high costs associated with treatment. When we raised our concerns with the consultant, there was a complete lack of empathy or willingness to address the situation. Our request for reimbursement was dismissed, and we were left feeling unheard and undervalued as patients. Fertility treatment is already an emotional and financial burden, and clinics should prioritize patient care, transparency, and support. Unfortunately, IVF Matters failed to meet these basic expectations, and I would not recommend them to others seeking compassionate and professional care.

We encourage all of our fertility patients to take vitamins and supplements prior to and during their fertility treatment, which gently help to improve the quality of their eggs and increase sperm motility, as well as supporting improvements in overall health and wellbeing. Research indicates that taking the right fertility vitamins and supplements can result in conceiving in a shorter period of time. Our blog showcases a list of some popular brands (with links to their websites), which have been carefully selected for you by our own Fertility Consultant, Dr Irfana Koita.
