Because the complex has 4 different buildings I, like others, went to the wrong one with no reception desk. I asked a staff member in one of the medical rooms and she walked with me down the street to the correct building. Once there I didn't have to wait long and I was a voucher for a free drink and traybake. Consultant made me feel relaxed and explained things well to me.

Nurses and anaesthetist were helpful and explained the process for me

We had to wait almost 3hrs as was last on the list for cataract operation. Staff were absolutely lovely and reassured me there was nothing to worry about. Cleanliness was excellent. Seen cleaners about quite often. Lovely experience overall.
