At KP GP Services, we are proud to be a family run Private GP in Canterbury, offering a wide range of essential GP services with a personal touch. Founded by Doctor Kunal Patel and his wife Dhvani Patel, our focus is on providing high quality, affordable, and speedy healthcare to our patients.
Communication with our patients is our top priority, and we strive to be there for you when you need us, whether it's through face to face, telephone, or video consultations. We understand the value of convenience, which is why in addition to our easily accessible practice in Canterbury, we also offer a national online consultation service.
Our flexible approach allows us to offer quick diagnostic tests and appointments, often within three days of your enquiry. We provide a wide range of services including blood checks, private referrals, E-prescriptions, and diagnostic examination referrals. Our passion for care has led us to offer the most practical and effective approach to private healthcare.

Friendly efficient and accommodating. Appointment with the doctor works as it used to. Not …. “10 minutes One topic only” as in my NHS GP surgery . Doctor considers my whole health picture and really listens. No algorithms curtailing the discussion. I leave satisfied that my health is being properly managed.

Dr Patel has an exemplary bedside manner. He is kind, considerate, listens carefully, and I was very impressed how much he knew about my condition, which is not common. He is clearly a highly skilled and experienced physician, and I am so relieved to be able to have him as my first port of call as a GP, entirely based on my initial consultation. I cannot recommend KP GP services enough. Truly outstanding.
