My gastroenterologist recommended I see a functional nutrition therapist. This was my third visit to the Lanserhof and I am always met with a warm welcome from the receptionists, and a glass of their delicious herbal tea. My therapist was highly knowledgeable and I received a lot of excellent advice on my nutritional needs.

Exeptional in every respect

The only downsides are the constant changes of the team. And for the firs time ever there was no shampoo in the bottle in the shower, this has never happened before so hopefully a one off.

I was very disappointed with the clinic’s approach to overbooking appointments, which I found both misleading and unprofessional. The commercial policy and wording used were unclear and gave me the impression of being misled. I originally booked an MSK assessment but was instead scheduled for a 20-minute consultation labeled as a "pre-MSK" appointment on the invoice, for which I was charged £290. During this consultation, the consultant primarily discussed my upcoming spinal assessment and guided me through a questionnaire, subtly leading me to agree to three additional assessments. When I asked whether these were "inclusive" (i.e., part of the spinal assessment), I was told they were—yet this was not the case, as each carried a separate charge. The entire experience left me feeling misled, as though I had been pressured into additional services under unclear terms—something I did not expect from a high-end clinic. I strongly recommend improving transparency in service descriptions, pricing, and staff communication to ensure a more professional and ethical patient experience.

I recently had my first neural therapy treatment at Lanserhof, and I have to say, the experience was exceptional. The staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. The facility itself was immaculately clean and well-organized, reflecting their high standards of care. One suggestion I’d love to make is for Lanserhof to create a dedicated social media presence for neural therapy—perhaps a Facebook group or an Instagram page. Finding reliable information and practitioners in this field has been extremely difficult, and I only discovered them thanks to outside help. A more visible online presence would make it much easier for others seeking this treatment to connect with them. Overall, I highly recommend Lanserhof for neural therapy and look forward to my next visit!
