From the initial consultation visit to the last treatment my experience has been faultless. I was able to make appointments that fitted with my work schedule, message with questions and felt well informed at every stage. Discussing options, budget and concerns was done with ease and understanding. If you are considering having a treatment I would highly recommend this business.

While the therapist who carried out my treatments was lovely, the customer service from the company itself leaves a lot to be desired. The email I received asking for this feedback hadn’t even been altered properly, so still had (patient name here) instead of my name. Indicative of their whole approach, really.
