The whole process from the door opening itself from the street, to departing less than an hour later was really first class. Friendly reception staff, hardly any waiting time, very comfortable session with radiographer who explain the MRI process, private space for changing and to keep valuables... I could go on. Excellent set up and professional and friendly team.

From the moment I arrived, I found the staff friendly and professional. The place was clean and calm. The process was explained to me and the staff checked I was okay during the scan. After my scan there were free tea and biscuits!

I highly recommend Medneo for MRI scans. It was quick to be seen and the communication was excellent. The staff were always very caring and compassionate. They also have state of the art MRI scanners which gives better quality, high resolution images. Would use again and recommend to family & friends.

I was due a scan at this facility due to my consultant referring me. I was told they would get in touch with me and I waited a week for this, until I realised that I had had one missed call from Medneo on the previous Saturday. They did not try to get in touch with me again. I then rang them and organised a time for the scan. The person on the phone gave me a whole lot of information, half of which was wrong ( she told me to fast because I would need to drink contrast, which was not the case as the contrast was injected). She asked me if I would mind a text to confirm the appointment. I accepted given that I wished to have the details in writing. However I never received a text or anything to confirm. Indeed I would have appreciated details and to be told that I would need to pay prior to my scan. Had I known that, it would have saved me the embarrassment of finding out that I couldn't pay myself ahead of it and had to ring my husband who was working at the time to help me out with the payment. The receptionist who dealt with definitely was not welcoming or very understanding of my situation. The staff inside the scan facility were great and friendly but it remains that the whole experience was shoddy, at best.

I was welcomed and everything explained to me very well. I was given a usb of the MRI and it was emailed to me and my consultant. The interpretation came very quickly. Thank you.

We had rather a long wait in between procedures.
