I had no problems at Moorfields Private and my waiting time was about 30 minutes. The staff were very helpful. My only issue was that a professional receipt was not issued. I only received an email acknowledgment.

I went to Moorfields back in 2019 and again this year (2022) I am satisfied with my doctor and the other people working there everyone was willing ti help me out and make sure I understand everything (I am a foreigner and a 16 years old boy when I firstly visited them I was 12)

Efficient and friendly--much appreciated the call from  Mr. Hussian after the operation--arrived early a couple of times due to the uncertainty of  travel times, but was welcomed anyway.
