Wonderful courteous staff and very clean hospital.

Reception Staff were warm and helpful. The premises were bright and airy.

This was my third short stay in the New Victoria and, as previously, I found it to be welcoming and friendly, pleasant room and bathroom. The staff are mostly permanent staff and are committed to the hospital which makes a difference.
