It was a pleasure receiving care at Nuffield Health, the clinic is calm, modern and spacious and functions very well plus all the staff are very friendly and professional. I underwent a coronary CT angiogram which on the whole went smoothly. Perhaps some minor suggestions concerning the fact that due to a previous mastectomy my veins on (useable) only one arm required a bit more skill regarding inserting a cannula & taking blood. And although I researched the procedure beforehand to explain it in detail in person then and there would have been good. The doctor who dealt with lowering my heart rate did not introduce himself or explain his role. Yet overall it was a very good experience.

Completely smooth experience. It was my first mammogram so I have particularly nervous. Kike was excellent. Warm and professional. Explained what the process was, was quick and efficient, checked I was okay throughout and explained what happens next. Put me completely at ease. Process itself wasn’t painful just uncomfortable but didn’t last long at all. My only preference would be that I could have been seen somewhere closer to where I live in North London (Enfield).

Waited over an hour to be seen. There had been a ‘mix up’ with the appt I made on line - despite me being given confirmation of the date time.

I have visited this hospital a few times now, staff are always very efficient and friendly.

The premises are very clean. The Reception on the 3rd floor was unattended. The individual who called me to arrange the follow up appointment was disinterested/impatient.

Everything went smoothly and the standard of care was excellent.
