The hospital was very professional and the wait times were quick. The nurses were very friendly and kind whilst taking my stitches out and dressing my feet. The hospital also felt very clean.

It is a very welcoming place, The staff are polite and friendly, The oaklands is clean in all areas and they have music to listen to which is good as it helped calm me.
