The medical staff and therapists were very caring, attentive and supportive. The nursing and support staff are amazing and keep spirits high as well as delivering the highest standard care.

When I first came into therapy, I was in a very dark and painful place. I was struggling with deep depression, overwhelming anxiety, and intrusive thoughts of suicide. Life felt heavy, and I had reached a point where I didn’t see a way forward on my own. I felt constantly anxious, emotionally exhausted, and hopeless. I was battling a constant inner dialogue that life was not worth living and I wanted to cut it short on my own terms. I had difficulty getting through the day, and even the smallest tasks felt impossible. More than anything, I was scared—scared of myself, scared of being a burden, and scared of not being able to keep going. Being able to speak openly, without fear of judgment, was one of the most healing parts of therapy. Knowing that Georgina was there to listen and guide me gave me something stable to hold onto. Her calm, loving, compassionate presence made it feel safe to face emotions and thoughts I had kept buried for so long. The grounding techniques and coping strategies we worked on gave me real tools to manage panic and intrusive thoughts in the moment. Learning how to challenge distorted thinking through CBT helped me start to untangle the anxiety and self-blame that had taken over my mind. Even more impactful were the times Georgina reminded me of my worth when I couldn’t see it for myself. It’s a life saving programme and would like to thank all the people involved with my treatment

I had a very insightful and character building 10 sessions with Chuks. He treated me and my problems with respect and dignity and offered support and solutions to them. He was a pleasure to speak to and I enjoyed my therapy as much as you can when dealing with addiction! I am grateful for his time and support and he did put into perspective for me the preciousness for life.

The ATP therapists have given me great help. This is backed up by the excellent support and empathy from the permenant HCA staff run by Marcella. The overall experience has been transformative and I leave hopeful for my future. At times the ATP team has felt stretched - there have been some good generalist stand ins, but they don’t bring as much to sessions as the ATP specialists

There was a slight delay to my treatment due communication complications but otherwise I had a thoroughly positive experience and I am feeling better.

Therapists and hca staff work very hard and helpful. Food not great either wrong or cold. Rooms and overal decor needs updating. Too much paper work both patients and staff. Therapists were understaffed this was very noticeable

Had a very good therapist in Chucks, alway listed and gave me lots of encrougement, i always felt i could ask him anything and he would give me the best advise for the dituation i was in. Catherine, Ann & diane were also very good therapists,
