Very competent and reassuring!

I saw Professor Eden on Saturday February 8th. Prior to receiving this survey, I was about to write to him to thank him for seeing me and making me feel that finally I had reached the right person to resolve my issues.

We arrived early for the appointment, as it turned out Prof Eden saw as straight away. The receptionist was very polite and gave us a warm welcome.

Very knowledgeable and competent professional who made me feel at ease and comfortable within minutes of meeting him. I especially appreciate that he took the time to look cover the information I had sent him beforehand. Highlighted me a few points which the NHS urologist I had seen previously didn't mention. Looking forward to working with him further as we look to diagnose my issue.

The reception staff at the HCA building seemed a little uncertain about where my appointment was supposed to take place, which was a little disconcerting. I was directed to 2 or 3 different areas before arriving at the correct location but fateet that everthing went smoothly.
