I had an amazing experience at the Derm Rooms! I initially came for a patch test which was done swiftly by Charlotte. She then booked me in for a follow up appointment around 10 days later. The follow up appointment was brilliant. Charlotte was so friendly and professional. She made me feel so at ease when I was nervous, she also had my previous settings from my last laser appointment at the Royal Free Hospital which was impressive. She gave me lots of information regarding aftercare and booked me in for a follow up appointment. I’m so happy with the results!

Liz is amazing. Having been a long time client for many years, It seems that all the staff are under a lot more pressure. It would be a shame if that detracts from the uniqueness of their service, which included flexibility and an empowered approach.
