Such a pleasant experience. Mr Hutson made my 4 year old feel comfortable and what felt like would have been a very tricky appointment ended up being very easy, twice allowing him to review and treat her ear wax with micro suction. Alex the audiologist was also very chatty and spoke to her on a level playing games to allow her assessment to go smoothly. Brilliant team. Can’t fault them at all. Would definitely recommend.
