The Grafton Suite

Most staff members were warm and friendly and made me feel at home. The consultant was excellent.

Excellent overall experience, very friendly and professional.

Outstanding customer care from the nurse and receptionist in the waiting area. Both are exceptionally good. Grafton Suite is also an exceptionally good facility with light and clean areas everywhere.

Ruth on reception was excellent and so well organised. Nurse Sue was equally obliging on pre op checks.

Excellent service by all the staff - no complaints.
