The HSH team has been wonderful and attentive to detail. I’ve also had the nurse followed up with calls to check in and ensure I was ok post procedure. Really 5 stars for their service.

I was seen and treated by Dr Banerjee at the Harley Street hospital and the anesthetist was Dr Jayaratna. Both of them are excellent doctors who made me feel very comfortable and did a great job so no complaints there at all. The only constructive feedback I would have is for the hospital itself and the nursing staff as they were in a hurry to discharge me even when I was clearly not in a condition to even walk as the effect of anaesthesia meant that my legs were very weak. I felt some pressure from the nursing staff to start walking and I fell a couple of times trying to do that as my right leg was still weak with anaesthesia. They wanted to discharge me faster than I was ready was they needed my bed for another patient. It was only after Dr Jayaratna came and instructed the nursing staff to keep me longer that I was able to relax for a bit longer. One of the nurse ( think his name is Severetin) was very good and helpful but barring that I think the nursing staff need better training to be able to assess the unique needs of each patient. Overall really good quality of doctors but for the reputation they have , The Harley Street Hospital need to be better with allowing patients the recovery time they need as each patient is different and has different needs and trying to rush discharge feels very commercial and not in the best interests of the patient.

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.
