My visit was wonderful I was late due to holdup on the motorway. But I was still seem . It was the most friendly appointment I have ever had Every thing was explained and was asked if I had any question to which was answered very clear . I would recommend Inhealth to anyone the mri machine was great no fears and a TV and a son in the room made thing even better.

My initial appointment was cancelled for the sit down scanner. It was rescheduled for the open MRI scanner as I could lie down. I would have waited until October for the sit down scanner so opted for an earlier appointment for the open scanner. I just about coped with it in terms of claustrophobia. The staff made it bearable. Great staff. Everything explained. Friendly. Polite. Efficient.

Very professional attentive service. No long waiting before I was seen. Beautiful clean office and toilet area Staff very friendly. Overall no complaints whatsoever.

I have to say that I was overwhelmed by the professionalism, efficiency and general kindness of all the staff that I came into contact with. I would recommend this centre to anyone. There was one particular young male staff member who was incredibly kind, but unfortunately I cannot recall his name.

Excellent and efficient

Totally terrified at the thought of the scan. Everyone I met at the clinic put me at ease, from opening the door to leaving. Clever idea to have the scanner in the correct position before I got in so I wasn’t aware of feeling trapped. Having husband in the room was calming (I’m not sure if he felt the same!) and a musical film on screen was brilliant. Thank you a great team.
