Excellent facility, brilliant care and aftercare.

Absolutely fantastic service from all the nurses and staff at the hospital. Mr. Harley's secretary (Jenny) is absolutely wonderful, she is so caring and also keen to ensure all Mr. Harley's clients are well looked after. She checked in with me to ensure everything was ok before the procedure, came to help me settle in on the day of the procedure and came to see me afterwards too. She was keen to ensure that I understood all aspects of the procedure, including after care. She made sure my vegan meal was ordered, she did everything. She was also available to answer any immediate questions, or just be a friend- due to Covid restrictions visitors were limited, Jenny made sure that she kept me company, and made me laugh! She even came and saw me during my check up a week later. She too really cares about all Mr. Harley's clients! Jenny thank you for everything!

I was made to feel very welcome at The McIndoe Centre by the amazing nurses and staff. I am type 1 Diabetic and was worried about this but these worries were soon put to rest, the nurses were very reassuring and anything I needed was never too big of an ask.

Lovely, clean facility which has its own parking area

I was seen as soon as I walked though the front door and taken to my room pretty much straight away! It was a friendly environment and all the nurses were lovely! They were very attentive to my needs and overall a very lovely experience
