He took a detailed history, logically explained possible causes and what investigations would assist in the diagnosis. He worked at pace but I did not feel at all rushed and had plenty of time to ask all the questions that I had. I felt relaxed enough to ask about related matters. The administrative support was great and they booked the investigations promptly but consulted with me about availability.
