About Dr Tsui Chin Ling
Dr. Tsui Chin Ling is a Consultant Dermatologist working for the Salford Royal Foundation Trust. She has been working in the Greater Manchester area since 2005 as a consultant. She manages all aspects of General Dermatology including psoriasis, eczema, acne, skin surgery, benign and malignant skin lesions. She has a specialist interest in photosensitivity (particularly Polymorphic Light Eruption), and Phototherapy. She consults privately at at the Beaumont Hospital and Oaklands Hospital.
Dr. Ling graduated in Medicine from the Queens University of Belfast in 1992. She then completed her specialist dermatology training in Greater Manchester and was awarded a specialist training certificate in 2005. Following this, she was appointed as Consultant Dermatologist in the same year. In 2009, she was awarded an MD in Photodermatology from the University of Manchester.She was awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians in 2012.
Her key academic works include the main authorship of the National Guidelines for UVB, phototherapy and PUVA phototherapy.

Was extremely realistic about what I needed to do and helped me understand why my eczema was flaring up.

I was seen by Dr Ling following a long 3 year battle with a condition that was really impacting my life. I had previously seeked resolution via GP/NHS many times during that period with many hospital referrals. I was previously diagnosed and prescribed steroids however the condition had remained. I went to see Dr Ling for a further opinion, she was a breath of fresh air, professional, empathetic, concerned for the impact it had had on my life, took time to listen to what my symptoms actually were, asked questions both about the condition and my previous experiences, she then examined me and quickly diagnosed a completely different condition. I was given a prescription for the condition and within 1 week my condition had cleared up, I have not had to use the cream since and it has been 6 weeks since my appointment. I am beyond happy with the outcome.
Thanks for taking time to leave this review - I'm really pleased I was able to assist! I highly encourage anyone in a similar position to seek a second opinion - often the solution can be very straightforward once the correct diagnosis is made!
