Fantastic service! No long waits, and Ginny was knowledgeable and really listened. The assessment was thorough, and after blood tests, we had a follow-up chat where she suggested tweaks to my prescription and supplements that might also help. A letter was sent to my GP quickly, and my new prescription was ready in days. Whilst waiting, she gave great advice on making the most of my current prescription to improve my symptoms. I feel so much more informed, and the changes based on actual test results have made a real difference. Highly recommend!
