Mr Young exhibited all the qualities one would hope for and expect in an Ophthalmic Surgeon. Before my surgery he took the time to sit and talk me through the procedures he was proposing to do. His calm, attentive, kind, professional approach, which is possibly designed to put patients more at ease, then if so, it works! He answered all my questions and concerns thoroughly, even pulling up diagrams, and photos on his computer to illustrate a point. A first class chap!
