Dr Bailey was very empathetic and listened patiently to my problem. She made me feel she understood how difficult it was for me and reassured me that it would get better. I found that very helpful and it made it very easy to talk to her and trust her.

Dr Bailey listens attentively and intelligently replies with her advice in easily understandable terms. Delightful and very professional with a clear understanding of the mind body relationship. She also understands the approach I need from my GP and completely delivers. She’s a rare find and I have many years of GP and hospital experience due to chronic illness. I trust her implicitly. She just gets me and what I need from her.

Dr Lowri and Kirsty have become our place to go for the family. They are like an extension of the family in medical matters. Their charisma and sympathy for the patients is remarkable. They usually go beyond and above their to an average GP, having a holistic view of what’s happening. Thanks
