Mr. Aamir Ismailjee is a highly skilled Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon with dual qualifications in both Optometry and Ophthalmology, making him one of the few specialists worldwide with expertise in both fields. His extensive knowledge in refractive treatments has positioned him as a leading expert in laser eye surgery, cataract procedures, and multifocal lens replacement surgery.

Following his initial training, Mr. Ismailjee completed two prestigious fellowships in cornea and anterior segment surgery at Moorfields Eye Hospital. He later held a full-time locum consultant ophthalmologist position at the same institution, specialising in cataract surgery. During his tenure, he led a team of UK and international doctors, providing them with advanced training in cataract surgery.

He initially qualified in Optometry at City University London, where he developed a special interest in refractive surgery. He later obtained his degree in Medicine from the University of London, having studied at Barts and The London Medical School.
