Very humane individual, very caring and he means it, polar opposite of others in this field. Explains matters in a precise and easy to comprehend manner, without rushing through things. Highly recommended.

I consulted with Mr Chatterjee many times over a period of three years. During this time he was always engaging and confident of his diagnosis of the various conditions that I was dealing with. I found this reassuring.. In particular he diagnosed a severe pain in my chest as Costochondritis, where this had not been identified by another and was able to offer treatment advice. A year ago when I suffered a spinal compression, he immediately made appropriate arrangements for me to have the best outcome possible. I am extremely grateful to him.

He’s brilliant. He did back surgery on my spine six years ago. His demeanour, his positive explanation of the situation and the way it was conveyed made me confident I was in good, safe hands. Bedside manner very reassuring, and any questions were answered clearly and, I believe, honestly. From Sept 2020. Bob really took time to explain everything to me and the entire process from diagnosis through to post surgery was exactly as he described including the recovery time and pain management. I couldn't have asked for more.
