Mr Biswas was very sympathetic to my symptoms, and explained thoroughly the steps he was taking at each consultation. He has been very helpful and ordered all the tests he felt that I should take in order to build the bigger picture. The biopsy he took was painless, and he was very calming whilst taking it. Dr Biswas explained everything in detail and was very professional throughout. My second time using Nuffield in Shrewsbury for my operation and returned due to the level of care I received last time. In spite of me being very anxious before the procedure, Mr. Biswas and team did a fantastic job of explaining to me and then managing the procedure to ensure it was as pain free and comfortable an experience as possible. Given the complex nature of carrying out a hysteroscopy on me, Mr. Biswas persevered and did an excellent and professional job to ensure that the procedure was successful.

I found Mr Biswas extremely professional and understanding. He provided me with all the information I needed and explained everything thoroughly each step of the way. He was always very approachable and empathetic.

The standard of care given by Mr Biswas and his team before, during and after the operation was exceptional. Everyone took time to explain every stage and made sure I was comfortable with everything that was planned. A reaction to the medication given was dealt with quickly and effectively. Mr Biswas put me at ease. I felt that I was in very safe hands and reassured throughout the procedure.
