Sasha was very professional from the moment I met her, she explained everything to me so well, and she made me feel like I was heard and I wasn't going mad. It genuinely felt like she cared about me as an individual and not just another patient. Follow up care was second to none. Sasha has not only saved my sanity but my relationship amongst other things. I will forever be in her debt and grateful for what she has done for me. So thank you again sasha.

One absolutely amazing professional lady who from the moment I had my first appointment was empathetic, efficient and really listened to my heath needs and supported me. I can not praise this lady enough. Having my surgery and the after care that followed completly changed both my physical and mental health for the better.

I will forever be grateful to Miss Taylor for making the connection between the menopause and my chronic planter fasciitus, burning feet at night and my insomnia. Miss Taylor explained my symptoms were possibly due to declining oestrogen which can lead to reduced collagen production making the planter facia more prone to inflammation and micro tears and changes in foot structure which can contribute to planter fasciitus. Miss Taylor also explained that a reduction in estrogen could also be contributing to my insomnia and burning feet at night as estrogen is responsible for regulating sleep patterns and a reduction in this hormone can also lead to peripheral neuropathy manifesting as burning feet at night due to temperature changes and increased blood flow. I always believed it was my burning feet that were keeping me awake and that it was all caused by planter fasciitus. I have suffered years of treatment for planter fasciitus which ended in surgery last year to lengthen my calfs. This helped a little but I was still suffering until Miss Taylor made the connection and prescribed HRT. Within weeks there was a real improvement especially in my sleep pattern and my feet are improving by the week. I know its early days but I have had more relief since starting HRT than I have had in over 10 years under the care of my orthopaedic consultant. I can not thank Miss Taylor enough.
