Steven is exceptionally warm, patient and insightful. I feel in control of my sessions, that I am being supported in the conversation and am comfortable. If I just want quiet, we're quiet, if it's something else then it's something else! Steven talks to you in a collaborative way, explaining theory for behaviours and approaches to the what and why (science nerd me loves this!) and I am really happy to be partnering with him. Progress is being made and I can physically and emotionally feel and see it in me.

Steven is understanding, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I always felt in safe hands in our sessions, never rushed, and like I was able to fully express myself even when dealing with challenging topics. Our time together has given me great tools for use in my daily life and I would not hesitate to go back if I needed support again.

Steve helped me to accept the situation I found myself in using a combination of CBT and compassion. The latter I found particularly beneficial in helping me to accept what had happened. His focus on quality of life helped me to enjoy my situation despite ongoing medical difficulties.

Steven has been very supportive on day one. Always there to listen and taught me to look at things from a different angle. He was able to unlock some of the things that have been bothering me for years and taught me how to let things go. I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist.

Steven had a calm, gentle, and patient manner that made him very easy to work, and showed a true sense of caring. Working with him included helpful pragmatic strategies which I found I was able to adapt in my daily life. I had a very positive experience overall
