The best experience so far. I had spoken to another fertility clinic and felt it was rushed and not personal. Dr Lukaszewski was informative, practical and kind!

My egg freezing journey with Dr Lukaszewski was the most incredible medical experience I’ve ever had. The attention to detail in everything he explained ironed out all concerns I had (& I had a ton of questions!). He’s professional, kind, warm, extremely knowledgeable & I’d highly recommend treatment with him.

Dr Tom was such a huge part of ensuring our experience with IVI was amazing. His kind, thoughtful and ability to explain carefully and calmly how things worked, reassure us but also provide context was incredible. We felt safe, heard and as though we understood all of our options in detail.

For example, he personally reached out to us after hours on a Friday to ensure we had timely guidance on urgent bloodwork and next steps. Dr. Tom also connected us with counsellors when additional support was needed. He is not only highly knowledgeable and reliable but also compassionate, making a difficult process feel more manageable.

I think Dr Lukaszewski explained very well the treatment and steps to follow. Overall experience has been very good.

Dr Tomasz has always been a professional and provided clear advice to us. We first experienced Dr Tomasz a few years an ago and successfully had a baby girl. Him and his team enabled what could be a difficult process to be seamless. We returned back to the clinic for this reason again to try for a second baby.

Dr. Lukaszewski has provided outstanding care throughout our journey with IVF. The medical advice and treatment has been excellent and, when things didn’t go exactly as we’d hoped, he carefully recalibrated plans for the next (successful) cycle - this felt like a research based, but very personalised approach, which is just what we wanted. He has always been clear, patient and kind (despite our many panicked questions!). We are back at the clinic in the hopes of having another baby and feel like we are getting the best care we could thanks to Dr Lukaszewski.
