Harley clinic was a professional and clean environment, with very lovely and helpful people throughout. They took care of me well, and guided me through each step following up to the surgery. Highly recommend

The process was very fast from initial enquiry to operation. I feel like more detailed information regarding recovery could be provided & an the operation day I do feel like a better service could be provided by nursing staff, there was definitely an element of feeling like I was on a conveyor belt.

I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I was a few minutes late for my first appointment so it was a little hurried but I didn't see the surgeon again, despite being advised he met customers after to operation and at the nest visit to remove stitches. My post-op advice was a little sketchy. I still have a further visit at one month after the op so hope to get some first-hand comments then. The anesthetist was expecially friendly and encouraging, as was Jules, who went out of her way to talk to me on my return for stitches removal.

Very efficient , didn’t have to wait for long on the day of procedure, was very quick getting procedure done , little more advice on aftercare as I bled a bit , as I was travelling more than 3 hours and not coming back for a week , requested new dressings and the clinic was more than happy to see me and change dressings . Would highly recommend.
