The practice runs smoothly and very efficiently. Victoria is excellent.

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.

Arrived early and was seen early, everything was seamless and my consultant explained everything in detail. I had plenty of time to ask questions, I felt respected and I was confident in every stage of my diagnosis and treament.

All I can say is wow...from beginning to end you guys were amazing thankyou so much
