Hartswood was very busy but the wait wasn’t too long. Probably need some more chairs in reception

A very positive first experience at spire Hartswood. A small wait to see the consultant however she was more than worth the wait! Our son needed a scan and this was done 40 minutes after our appointment! Such a lovely service to not have to leave and wait for a phone call a few weeks later!

My experience for surgery at London East went well however for my consultations at Hartswood, parking has become a nightmare and the waiting room is always so busy. My husband has to take time off work to take me as I can never find a space in time and would miss my appointment.

The use of tablets in addition to hard copy and over the phone information was ridiculous. We queued 10 minutes to be handed an i pad to fill in information we had previously given over the phone and on a hardcopy form. The reception staff were incompetent, unhelpful and iPad driven.
