Dr Debi Ray is a Consultant Paediatrician based in East London and Essex where she treats children for a wide range of paediatric conditions.
Dr Ray specialises in General Paediatrics with a sub-speciality in Community Child Health.
She runs private daily clinics (Monday until Saturday) at Spire Hartswood Hospital, Spire London East Hospital, the Holly Hospital and the Nuffield Brentwood hospital.
After graduating from St Bartholomew's Medical College in 1998, Dr Ray completed further medical training in London and the Home Counties, with posts at Great Ormond Street and Kings College Hospital.
Dr Ray treats all types of general paediatric conditions between the ages of 0-18, paying special interest to the treatment of Developmental concerns, Autism and Communication disorders and Behaviour concerns.
She conducts appointments in a personable and relaxed atmosphere, ensuring her consultations are around the needs of the child and family.

We’ve seen Dr. Debi Ray twice now for our baby daughter Sara, and we’re incredibly happy with the care she has provided. She came highly recommended by two different parents, and we can absolutely see why. From the moment we met her, she was warm, attentive, and thorough. She took our concerns seriously—especially regarding Sara’s reflux—and offered thoughtful, practical advice that has already made a noticeable difference. Dr. Ray takes the time to explain things clearly and never rushes the appointment. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients. We feel very confident in her care and grateful to have found such a compassionate and knowledgeable pediatrician.
