I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

I was terrified but the consultant had a lovely energy was understanding and kind and showed me great understanding and respect of my circumstance overall she couldn’t have done anything better which made my experience bareable
