I was late due to being at the wrong hospital but the staff called and gave me guidance and rebooked me in the same day and were all extremely helpful and friendly

The hospital was well run, efficient and clean. All the staff I met were friendly and professional

ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague
