The hospital was very clean with limited to no wait time

A positive experience and environment. Very quick and professional.

All the staff were friendly and welcoming, the hospital was clean and bright, and the overall hip replacement procedure was very professional and efficient. I would mention everyone if I knew their names (but just a few .. Alison the nurse in recovery, Simon the physio, George who took the blood samples, Alex the rehab physio who I’m now working with … and the catering man who took my meal orders wearing a very smart waistcoat ! The meals were great, too !). I hope you can pass on my compliments to them all.
