Case manager visit The reception staff is very welcoming and supportive in facilitating my visit. Despite running late the nursing team and reception staff where able to accommodate my visit in a timely manner.

The overall experience was very good but with some reservations about the amount of internal meetings the doctors and staff attend. In general the nurses and staff are very helpful. Of particular note was the excellent lower ward court manager Tahera Taurobally. She was always attentive and extremely helpful to my husband when he visited me. My only minor issue is that as flowers are allowed in the room could they please provide plastic vases. !! Careful consideration should be given to the high weekly costs for care.

Mariam felt very respected, cared for and safe with the Lovely and professional Kadie Fofanah. I would also like to thank CURAM Admin and Call Centre Customer Service Agents for their efficiency and support. We will definitely be hiring Kadie Again in the future. Thank you again Mirvat & Mariam

Mindful Recovery felt like a place where I could actually be honest. There was no pressure, just people who took the time to understand what was going on and offered real help and accountability.

Supremely grateful to have had the privilege of working with Thomas. His focus on results, all while giving me the space to learn and fail as I went on this journey, was transformational. I feel like I have been reeducated and I now have the tools to do what is right by my body and mind.

The schedule for the sessions was very well organised and managed. The nurse conducting the sessions was so friendly and put me at ease straight away so it was never a chore. The whole experience was very professional yet personable. After completing the course of rTMS I felt more mentally energised with increased motivation. I highly recommend the whole experience!
