Staff and care received was excellent and exceeded my expectations

They are amazing, I have been there for different reasons and I feel at home in this clinic. The reception team is always kind and polite. Much appreciated their help in fitting the appointments with my schedule.

I was advised to contact CP+R by my cardiologist and the nurses in the cardiac unit. I am so grateful that I did. 2 years post op, I am the fittest I have ever been - not knowing that I had a bicuspid aorta until the age of 65 had severely impacted by aerobic ability throughout my life. I have been nurtured, encouraged, pushed and praised by the wonderful folks at CP+R. Plus the regular check ups have helped to track my progress.

It was a pleasure receiving care at Nuffield Health, the clinic is calm, modern and spacious and functions very well plus all the staff are very friendly and professional. I underwent a coronary CT angiogram which on the whole went smoothly. Perhaps some minor suggestions concerning the fact that due to a previous mastectomy my veins on (useable) only one arm required a bit more skill regarding inserting a cannula & taking blood. And although I researched the procedure beforehand to explain it in detail in person then and there would have been good. The doctor who dealt with lowering my heart rate did not introduce himself or explain his role. Yet overall it was a very good experience.

Professor Ross Hunter is excellent—informative, knowledgable, thorough, and highly attentive. He provides in-depth feedback and explains things clearly, ensuring a full understanding. He is calm and concise and answered any questions I had. I was worried about some potential issues and he provided reassurance as well guidance on tests/scans which were booked in quickly. Really happy with the level of care and professionalism he provides. Thank you! His assistant Helen is also fab, efficient and follows up with correspondence in a timely manner.
