Excellent communication and facilities

Feeling vulnerable and in pain following surgery, it is comforting to have pleasant and kind staff not only nursing and doctors but housekeeping and catering staff were very kind and considerate.

Really clean, friendly reception staff and overall great experience.

The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, registration forms were mostly pre-filled and the lavatories were clean, easy to find and well stocked. The consultation room was also clean and tidy and, although the waiting area was effectively a corridor, it was a wide area and the seats were comfortable. A quieter corner with less light and fewer distractions would benefit neurodivergent patients, but I get the impression the receptionists would have tried to help with this if I had asked. My appointment happened on time and there were free parking spaces nearby.

Amazing Doctors, Nurses, and Staff.

I found all staff members were polite, courteous and friendly from all those I met. Nothing was not too much trouble and were happy to help me when I needed it.
