One Hatfield Hospital is efficient and clean. This hospital has low waiting times, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Minor delay, but everything was smooth and efficient. Mr Tavakkolizadeh was most friendly and took the time to discuss and explain.

I recently had surgical removal of impacted teeth at OS Clinic, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. The reception team was friendly and efficient, and the nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. My surgeon was highly skilled and professional, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in expert hands. The procedure went smoothly, and my recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to their excellent care and clear post-op instructions. Every member of the team at OS Clinic went above and beyond. Amazing Doctors, Nurses, and Staff.

All staff were friendly and approachable. Never felt rushed or unable to express concerns. Surgeon was reassuring and explained the procedure thoroughly, and done an excellent job. After care was excellent

I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I was a few minutes late for my first appointment so it was a little hurried but I didn't see the surgeon again, despite being advised he met customers after to operation and at the nest visit to remove stitches. My post-op advice was a little sketchy. I still have a further visit at one month after the op so hope to get some first-hand comments then. The anesthetist was expecially friendly and encouraging, as was Jules, who went out of her way to talk to me on my return for stitches removal.
