I booked mole mapping and had some moles removed today. The whole experience was comfortable, I felt at ease the whole time and have already recommended the clinic to several friends!! Thank you for a superb service!

Everything was fine

Very, very impressive all round. I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

Surgery was cancelled on the first occasion due to flooding in theatre from a blocked toilet. Otherwise everything went smoothly

It was all good, apart from the man at the reception who was not always professional and friendly.

Staff were professional.

Wonderful nurses and the care provided is amazing.
