No complaints whatsoever

Excellent facilities and staff who have taken great care of me at every visit. The Cedar Ward Oncology Nursing Team, Jemma, Annette and Faten, have been fantastic from their care to their professionalism, and have made me feel like an individual and not "just a patient". Their ability to smile, and to make me smile, on the days where I'm not feeling much like smiling, is testament to their care and I think it speaks volumes of how the Unit is managed too; every person I've spoken to appears very happy and engaged in what they do. Over the months of attending for my Chemotherapy treatment, from when they call out your name as a greeting as they hear your flip-flops approaching on treatment day (before they've even seen you turn the corner!), you are made to feel "at home". Catering, treatment rooms, and all the staff (including Admin) have been exceptionally good and I'm very grateful and appreciative of their care, conversation, information and knowledge since my own cancer journey with them started with a lumpectomy in January 2025 and Chemo from 6 February to May 2025. I have no complaints nor observations for improvements to make; I'm sure they would likely be far more self critical about what may need improving there but from a non-medical person, 10/10.

Overall very good

Helpful friendly staff who kept me informed as the appointment was running late. It was clean and tidy with a nice waiting area with complimentary hot drinks.

I was very pleased with my visit

Part of the Chase Farm hospital site, which has some construction underway, but access is still fine and although busy the staff and location are very much professional in appearance and service deliver.

A friendly welcome at reception, reminded about parking permit and clear instructions on what to do and where the waiting and clinic room was.
