He has made a genuine and personalised effort, helping me connect the dots between symptoms, lifestyle, and long-term wellness rather than “quick fix” advice. His advice is practical and sustainable. He’s also just a great person to work with. He is super supportive, easy to talk to, and genuinely invested in his clients’ progress. ridiculously difficult to contact by phone- some staff very pleasant but certainly not all- some receptionists slightly vague

They’re always super helpful and great to work with. They email when they say they will, and are very understanding with the need for flexibility. (The only bit I’m not a fan of is the odd mandatory £50 deposit - which feels strange for a medical establishment. As though they don’t trust you - but that’s not the staff’s fault, it’s clearly a policy set by those above them.)
