Very caring and attentive staff.

Very clean and also well signposted! All staff I spoke to were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival I asked for the insulin I had taken with me to be put into a fridge. A few days later I discovered this had not happened which resulted in the life of the product being reduced. My overall experience of the London Bridge was very good, but when in ICU the staff outside my room were extremely noisy which did not aid my recovery immediately after my operation. The chair I had to use in ICU was extremely uncomfortable, but the furniture on the ward was more acceptable. Before being admitted to the hospital I was told I would be provided with a dressing so not to take my own. The first two dressing gowns I received were torn and unwearable, the third very small. All members of staff gave excellent care, they were attentive, friendly and helpful.

HCA @ LBH is my most convenient location for me and offers excellent care.
