Arlene was so helpful and attentive and I felt very safe in the expert hands of sonographer Hamsa, and Professor Whiteley - who was great at taking my mind off the procedure by being so friendly and chatty! The doctor took a long time talking about things that had nothing to do with the patient, such as talking about other patients she'd had and what they were suffering from. I was very frustrated because she talked about so many irrelevant things.
