They were perfect in every way except one: If you miss your food window, there’s no going back. I was scheduled for 5 meals but asleep for 4 then couldn’t meals later on because the kitchen was closed so only had 1 meal in total. The food and variety was so good!

You pay five star prices for what amounts to a basic seaside hotel. Have been in MUCH nicer hospitals than this and given a choice I wouldn’t use this hospital again.

I had a femoral hernia repair, and was extremely impressed by the staff. Kind, efficient and responding immediately when needed (e.g. on first foray out of bed after the operation). Clean, pleasant premises and capable, courteous staff- what is not to like?

I had a fantastic experience during my day in the hospital. Josie and Caroline were incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, always looking after me with a warm smile. Their care, compassion, and professionalism truly made a difference, making my stay so much more comfortable. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for better care. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, and I am incredibly grateful for all their support. To top it off, the food was absolutely delicious! A heartfelt thank you to everyone who looked after me!
