The experience was excellent. I went to check my nose, and after an examination and blood test, we found out that I had a certain allergy. The doctor gave me good advice and a prescription, which is improving my condition.

Having been unwell for a while now and unsure what was the underlying issues, t i visited Dr Raghav Dwivedi and explained my symptoms. In one appointment, he conducted some initial assessments and able to suggest a course of treatment that made an immediate difference to my health and recovery. He also booked me in further tests to ensure all bases were covered and all my concerns were addressed. I am extremely grateful and happy with the treatment. I have been given repeated antibiotics and asthma pumps in the past but Dr raghavs treatment was completely different. I am healthier, able to recover from colds quicker (having a toddler means viruses are regular visitors in my home) and now 'not always sick'. Really has made a huge difference to my everyday life. I visited Dr Raghav for my nasal blockage and sinus issues. He was very thorough in his consultation and investigation including tests, which helped me understand both the causes and triggers much better. In December 2024, I noticed a lump on my neck that in just a few weeks had grown bigger. I went to have a ultrasound but the doctor was not able to identify the cause of the problem. After this, I went to see Dr. Raghav. After a quick inspection he identified the inflation of a salivary glad. He sent me to have another ultrasound and a MRI. After both, he diagnosed that the neck lump was actually a ranula (a month glad that went through the neck muscles to the next). I could not recommend more Dr. Raghav. He was very professional, kind and very clear in his explanations. The diagnosis was a very smooth and quick process. He was able to identify the issue right away after having done the ultrasound.

Absolutely brilliant experience overall with Dr Dwivedi. I cannot recommend him enough. Kind, caring and respectful.

Utmost professional and respectful, Dr. Dwivedi masters the ballance of human-focused empatic interaction with deep scientific knowledge. He always listens very careful and asks detailed questions, building complete picture and conducting profound but quick internal analysis, before presenting his findings in a very clear, articulated and concise way that is simple for the patient to understand. The easy way he interacts with the patient hides the true complexity of his work process, which is cleary a result of his extensive experience and knowledge. It is the best example how an ideal expert doctor would treat a patient.

I'd highly recommend Dr Dwivedi. He is not only professional and dedicated but also patient and knowledgeable. I visited for a regular hearing check and came out with a diagnostic for a breathing problem I wasn't paying too much attention. That's the kind of medical service one would be expecting: someone who thoroughly assesses your symptoms in a systematic way. Also, very friendly and pleasant to talk/interact with! I came for a hearing loss issue, but was also assessed for earache and nasal blockage!
