I have been a patient at Southfields Dental Care for many years. I no longer live in London but I make the journey from the north of Scotland as I have full confidence in the practice. They are competent, courteous and kind.

Short wait time and friendly nurse. Although the price of my ZIO was not explained to me at all by the cardiologist and only by the reception staff when I asked further questions. I had to consult my insurance company which prolonged getting the heart monitor.

Dr Nagpal is exceptional he takes the time to speak to you and help you understand. I’m a bit frightened of the dentist because of my childhood experience but he makes you feel so at ease and really listens unlike some dentists that can rush you. Lisa his assistant is fantastic too and really put me at ease.

A pleasant experience all round, with the added novelty of being in the shard! Everyone was lovely, kind and welcoming.

It was so refreshing to finally have a straightforward experience with a doctor who simply understood and actioned my request—to have a blood sample taken for a private food allergy test—without the usual 4-week wait or worse being told “no” because it's not a test that's provided on the NHS. The doctor was very friendly, and the whole process—from enquiry, to registration, to having the procedure done—was seamless and easy. That’s exactly what people want: clear communication, no hurdles, just the service you need, when you need it.
