The Elstree centre is a very calm environment. Staff are professional and friendly.

Lovely surroundings to be when going through the worst time in your life. Having been a patient here for a year the welcome at reception is wonderful. The staff at alternative therapies and the gym are caring and wonderful. The nursing team at Chemo are lovely on the whole, however there have been times I’ve felt awkward and a nuisance to them especially the manager who doesn’t come across as partially warm which has left me very upset at times. In additions the breast care nurse hasn’t been in touch following my op months ago which I can’t fathom. All in all I’m happy with Genesis Care - I just think they need a slight tweak in their processes and their compassion.

Very clean, helpful staff, good facilities and lovely coffee!

Staff friendly, no long waiting time , free parking, free tea and coffee. Can’t ask for much more
