Saw Dr Shidrawi who was exceptional as always. His clinic was running late however I appreciated that the receptionist informed me of this as soon as I arrived.

My overall experience on the visit to the Mole clinic was excellent and I would have no problem in recommending the clinic to family and friends. You perform a very valuable service and I hope you continue for many years to come.

I was apprehensive ahead of my operation (it involved significant surgery and general anaesthetic), but every single person I interacted with was extremely professional, courteous, thoughtful and reassuring. I was extremely impressed with Mr Pollock, his anaesthetist (Mike) and the two orderlies who looked after me pre-op (Sam) and post-op (Marwan).

Twenty months ago I finished 3 months of chemo at LOC Chelsea and whilst it was one of the more traumatic times in my life, my weekly visit became something I actually looked forward to, rather than dread. It became my home from home, I felt safe there. I got to know all the staff very well, from the receptionist downstairs and the lovely catering ladies, to all the nurses who delivered my treatment. I will never forget all their kindness and consideration, their help with advice, their understanding and their positivity. My last session was very emotional, saying goodbye to all these extraordinary people who had made something so gruelling and uncertain, so much easier. I now visit once every six months for a bone infusion and it is always really lovely to see everyone. I would not have made it through my treatment without all the team at LOC. I hope never to be back in that situation again, but if it were to happen, that is where I would want to be treated. Thank you LOC Chelsea x
